The Commission for Mission in ZMB supports both Salesians working in the province and those that are working outside the province. The commission for missions gives prior education to the young Salesians who wish to go for missionary work in other countries where there is need for support. They scrutinize the suitability of the Salesians who feel called to work among people of different cultures and way of life.
The commission for mission looks also into the welfare of the Salesians that are in missions. Don Bosco Believed that the Salesian is a missionary and thus must be ready to work in different countries whenever he is sent. To be a sign and bearer of God’s Love for the young especially those who are in need.
